IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION

The vacation home you rent is owned by a family under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida.  The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within the condominium documents of the resort.  Neither the management nor owner can make exceptions.

1. To rent, age requirement is 23 year of age or older

2. Occupancy limits of 4 for Efficiency Units and 6 for Deluxe Units is strictly enforced.

3. Online Reservations require 100% of the stay cost to be paid at the time of booking.

4. A deposit of 25% per week per unit is required on reservations made by phone.

5. Weeks 16-50:  Renters may cancel at any time prior to 30 days before arrival. If the renter cancels the unit a $100 administrative fee is held, and the remaining deposit returned to the renter. There are no cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the rental, unless booked online, is charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in.                                      

6. Weeks 1-15 & 51&52: Renters may cancel at any time prior to 60 days before arrival. If the renter cancels the unit a fee equal to 1-night’s stay will be kept from the original deposit, and the remaining deposit returned to the renter. There are no cancellations within 60 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the rental, unless booked online, is charged to the card on file 60 days prior to check-in.                    

7. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is by 10 AM.

8. A 2-night minimum is required for all stays. Partial weeks cannot be booked prior to 10 days before arrival and must be consecutive (cannot break up two weeks).

9. No pets are permitted

10. Please call if you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM

       11. Smoking is restricted to designated smoking areas only.
