Consisting of 284 Doors Royal Woods is made up of Condominiums, Villas, and Patio Homes. While there are three separate condominium associations that call Royal Woods home, the Patio Homes & Villas are governed under the HOA. The HOA handles the amenities and common elements in the community while each home type (condo, villa, patio home) have their own distinct budgets.

Royal Woods has two pools,  tennis courts with a basketball hoop, shuffleboard courts, multiple lakes, and a clubhouse with kitchen and library.

This is an active community with no age restrictions. Pets are welcome although each subsection has weight limits specific to their governing documents.
