IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION

The vacation home you rent is owned by a family under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida.  The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within the condominium documents of the resort.  Neither the management nor owner can make exceptions.

1. To rent, age requirement is 23 years of age or older.  At least one person staying in the unit must be 23 or older.

2. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.  The accommodation you are booking will state the maximum persons allowed in the unit (4 or 6 persons).  This is for all guests in the unit including adults and those under the age of 18.

3. Online Reservations require 100% to be paid at time of booking.  Please see any additional booking, cancellation and refund policies above in the drop down tab for each individual resort.

4. Weekly rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday.  Check-in time is 3:00PM EST and check-out time is by 10:00AM EST.  Late check outs will incur a late check out fee.   Depending on the resort you are staying at, a 2 or 3-night minimum is required for rentals.  Partial weeks cannot be booked prior to 10-days before arrival and must be consecutive (cannot break up two separate weeks).

5. No pets are permitted.  The resort will allow Service Animals per the ADA requirements.

6. Beach Towels are available for rent at some of the resorts.  If rentals are not available, there are many shops in the area that sell beach towels if you do not want to travel with your own.  The provided towels in the unit are to be used in the unit only.

7. Please call if you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM EST.

Credit cards are accepted for rentals – Discover, Visa, MC.

American Express is NOT accepted.
