Reservations for Edgewater Inn must begin on Fridays and are for full weeks only. For alternative check-in days or for less than a full week or more than a full week, please call the Reservations Department at 239-481-9580.

NOTE: This is a condominium facility, and each unit is individually owned. Therefore, the property is not ADA compliant. Please call 239-481-9580 with any accessibility concerns.

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION

To rent, age requirement is 23 years of age or older. At least one person staying in the unit must be 23 or older.
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The accommodation you are booking will state the maximum persons allowed in the unit (4, 5 or 6 persons). This is for all guests in the unit including adults and those under the age of 18.
Online Reservations require 100% to be paid at time of booking. Please see any additional booking, cancellation and refund policies above in the drop-down tabs at the top of this page.
Weekly rentals are Friday-to-Friday. Check-in time is 3:00PM EST and check-out time is by 10:00AM EST. Late check outs will incur a late check out fee.
No pets are permitted. The condo facility will allow Service Animals per the ADA requirements.
Please call if you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM EST.

Credit cards are accepted for rentals – Discover, Visa, MC.

American Express is NOT accepted.
