RAL Resorts and the resorts offering accommodations shall not be held responsible for any failure to provide accommodation or any other services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or any other event that disrupts normal resort operations. In the wake of Hurricane Ian, the local area as well as the resorts are under construction. The resorts have the right to conduct construction-related activities during your stay. The construction activities may cause noise disturbances at the locations, shut down areas of the resorts for work to be completed, limit access to the elevator/stairwells, limit access to amenities normally offered at the resorts, etc. The island also has an extensive amount of work being conducted. The activities outside of the resorts are beyond the control of the resorts and RAL Resorts. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided for those choosing to reserve accommodation at one of the resorts. Please contact RAL Resorts or the resort you are interested in staying at directly to inquire about the conditions of the property.

Reservations for Florida Resorts must begin on Saturdays and are for full weeks only.

NOTE: This is a Timeshare and owned by individuals. Therefore the property is not ADA compliant.
IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION
The vacation home you rent is owned by a family under the laws and statutes of the State of Florida. The rules and regulations are not arbitrary, but established within the condominium documents of the resort. Neither the management nor owner can make exceptions.
1. To rent, age requirement is 23 year of age or older
2. Occupancy limits of 4 for Standard Units, 5 for Deluxe & 6 for unit 115 is strictly enforced.
3.Online Reservations require 100% of the stay cost to be paid at the time of the booking.
4. A deposit of 25% per week per unit is required on all reservations made by phone.
5. Weeks 16-50; Renters may cancel at any time prior to 30 days before arrival. If the renter cancels the unit a $100 administrative fee is held, and the remaining deposit returned to the renter. There are no cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the rental, unless booked online, is charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in.
6.Weeks 1-15 & 51-52: Renters may cancel at any time prior to 60 days before arrival. If the renter cancels the unit a fee equal to 1-night’s stay will be kept from the original deposit, and the remaining deposit returned to the renter. There are no cancellations within 60 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining balance of the rental, unless booked online, is charged to the card on file 60 days prior to check-in.
7. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is by 10 AM
8. A 2-night minimum is required for all stays. Partial weeks cannot be booked prior to 10 days before arrival and must be consecutive (cannot break up two weeks).
9. Pets are NOT permitted
10. Smoking is NOT permitted except in designated smoking areas.
