The Association’s membership has voted to terminate the timeshare plan. A trustee has been assigned to act on behalf of the Association’s membership. After all assets are sold and all debts are cleared, Owners will be receiving proceeds of remaining funds based on their ownership holdings within the Association per the terms of the termination agreement.
