Tropical Sands Resort is a 39-unit Resort on Estero Island. The resort offers 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1350 square foot condominiums. Amenities on property include heated outdoor pool, 8 seat spa, work out room, bicycles (complimentary), video cassette payers, radio/CD players/3 TV’s, washer/Dryer in unit, onsite acitvities and much much more.
Tropical Sands Resort offers both weekly rents and ownership. Visitors can rent a week for reasonable rates. The resort has a Saturday to Saturday check in procedure with a two night minimum stay. The rates are comparable to hotel rates but our visitors get much more for their money !Tropical Sands Resort is located near many tourist attractions including the beach, great restaurants, the Thomas Edison Home and spring training for major league baseball.
